Gilles R. Mulard, CRPC® has been a Financial Advisor with Waddell & Reed since March 2012, and is associated with the financial industry since 2005. He is an alumnus of the Cornell and Essec business school, and has earned the Charted Retirement Plan Counselor designation and licensed to handle Long-Term Care.
